Are two-column resumes ATS-friendly?

Most modern applicant tracking systems read them, because the text is real and the sidebar comes first in reading order. For strict government or bank portals, a single-column template such as Standard is the safest choice.

How is Nordic different from Creative?

Creative uses a solid colour sidebar with white text; Nordic uses a very light tint with dark text, which feels calmer and prints with less ink.

Can I add a photo?

Yes. Upload one in the Contact step and it appears at the top of the sidebar. Leave it out for jobs in the US, UK, Canada and Australia.
